Refund Policy

 

Unopened Items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Deposits for pre-order items are non-refundable. If the full payment for a pre-order was made, it is only refundable if the pre-order is canceled by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), please email us with a description and photos of the issue. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.

For any other return reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at soumya@thehierophantentertainment.com to receive return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Returns

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at soumya@thehierophantentertainment.com.

 

Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.

 

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you can return it for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. The person who purchased the gift will not be notified of the return.
